Cancellation Policy
Please note that our cancellation policy has now changed. If appointments are cancelled with less than 48hrs notice there will be a charge of 50%.
Failure to pay the 50% for missed or cancelled appointments will mean you are unable to make any further appointments with us.
We are sorry to have to make this change as most of our customers are considerate, but in the run up to Christmas we had so many cancelled appointments. We are a small family salon and simply cannot afford to operate if we do not have the time to offer cancellations to other customers. We hope that you understand.

Bliss Hair and Beauty was started at its current location fourteen years ago by Senior Director Jacqui Lyons. Jacqui has many years’ experience in the hair and beauty industry, and undertook her hairdressing training with the prestigious Rudi Kartal salon in Henley-on-Thames. Jacqui was joined in the business by her daughter Charlotte six years ago.
The salon, which is situated on one of the main roads into Devizes, offers all of the treatments that you would expect from a professional salon, in a friendly and convenient location. Jacqui and Charlotte keep their knowledge up-to-date with on-going training and as well as a full range of hair treatments also offer beauty therapy, including facials and body massage, manicures and pedicures, and a complete wedding day service, all in the relaxing setting of the Bliss treatment room.
